Vintage 2008!
The 2008 harvest has begun!!! On Monday we picked just over a half ton of chard for our first ever sparkling wine (Champagne style). The fruit came in beautifully, was pressed immediately and is now sitting in the barrels with the first few bubbles of fermentation rising to the surface.
