Wine Advice by Gary Sholz
Here is a link to the latest Wine Advice column by Gary Sholz in the Idaho Statesman. This weeks topic: white blends. Gary seemed to have a few good things to say about our ICW Mountain Syringa, which is a blend of Gewurztraminer, Riesling and Chardonnay. The Mountain Syringa is a very popular wine that we can only make a small amount of due to the lack of Gewurztraminer in our vineyard. Every year it sells out within about a month or two of release. Our next vintage, 2008, is just about ready to be bottled so look for the upcoming release very soon. Check out the Wine Advice Column here: http://www.idahostatesman.com/life/story/693725.html
