the new sign!
Have a look at our new sign….we’ve realized the old white sign was nearing it’s lifespan and set out for a new sign. Costs to purchase a new sign were pretty spendy so I decided I would embrace a new art form and make the new sign. We found this amazing plastic material that allows the maker to carve into it easily and is very durable. We purchased a 4 x 8′ sheet and decided to make two to face each side of the road. I went for a colorful palette to match our colorful gardens and labels. I embraced the dremel tool as well. The trusty old white sign that my dad made over 20 years ago will still hang around so don’t worry!

After carving comes the painting.
Quite a color difference.
