Hopefully, everyone realized that our last post was an April Fool’s joke…Mike’s idea. I actually mixed the days up and thought April 1st was Monday (March 31)and told my dad, Bill, that I accidently broke a head light on his beautiful truck while UPSing some wine…ya know, took a corner too sharp and hit a pole right? His reaction was actually casual…started walking towards the door to look at the truck and that’s when I blurted out “April Fools!”…low and behold, he grinned and shouted back, “April fools is tomorrow!” Ooops.

Well, more wonderful news to tell – last week, Kuna-Melba News owner/editor, Scott McIntosh, visited the winery to feature us, the winery and our “Winery of the Year” honor. The weekly paper came out today and there we were, front page! He caught all the wonderful details and funny stories that make up our 25-year history…Read the beautifully-written story here:
