The 2006 White Riesling is tasty alone or with lighter dishes such as pasta, lightly spiced fish and meat dishes, breads and cheeses. The wonderful nose right off the bat foreshadows the delicious qualities of this Riesling. Extremely fragrant and aromatic – nectar, sweet raisins & fruitiness with fresh acidity shining through ’til the end. Dryer than most Riesling, making it a wonderful Riesling to pair with food.
