Indian Creek News
After a week off, we have a lot of news to deliver:
– Our newest wine, the Ragin Rapids Late Harvest Riesling is now available and going fast! Currently you can only get this out at the tasting room.
– Indian Creek wines are now at the Boise Airport. That’s right the Boise Airport is now serving Indian Creek Chard and Pinot by the glass. Now next time you are waiting for that plane, you can have a tasty glass of vino before your vacation even begins!
– Indian Creek is also now in Costco. The Nampa and Twin Falls locations currently carry our Pinot Noir while the Boise and Pocatello locations carry our Pinot, Cab and Star Garnet. Not only this but I (Mike) will be at the Pocatello Costco on July 24th and 25th from 10am to 6pm signing bottles and talking about some exciting new things we are doing at Indian Creek Winery. Boise wino’s will not be left out, I’ll be at the Boise Costco on July 31st and August 1st. Click here for more info.
– Indian Creek now has a Facebook Fan Page. Check out the sidebar to the right for some of our updates. For the real deal go straight to our Fan Page and become a fan yourself: facebook.com/indiancreek
– The 2007 Cab, Merlot, Malbec, Star Garnet and the 2008 Pinot Noir Rose’ have been racked into tanks and ready to bottle. We will start next week so watch this blog, Facebook, and Twitter for updates.
– Speaking of Malbec, we are now officially sold out of the 2006 Malbec 🙁 Although, there are a few places here in the Boise valley that you can pick up a bottle: Fred Meyer on Federal Way, The Boise Co-op, Music of the Vine, Cafe Vicino and Brick 29.
– Since we are sold out of the 2006 Malbec it’s a good thing we are going to be bottling the 2007 soon. The “Man’s Best Friend Malbec” release party will be somtime in mid August. We plan to have a “Doggy Dayz” out at the winery. Think of it as a bring your pup to the winery day. As I said earlier stay tuned to our Facebook Fanpage, Twitter, and right here on our blog so you don’t miss out on the fun.
– We are nearly sold out of the 2007 Reserve Pinot Noir. As of today (July 22nd) we only have 4 cases left! Better come in this weekend or email us with an order if you want any.
– Last but not least, we saw the first Dahlia of the season out here at the winery on Monday. This is very late in the season, almost 3 weeks later than last years first bloom! Here is a photo I took of the first Dahlia:
