Road-trip: Clear Creek Distillery

Last week Tammy and I made a trip up to Clear Creek Distillery in Portland to pick up a barrel of distilled spirit. We use a distilled neutral Cabernet spirit to fortify our Ruby Dahlia port style wine and we have found that Clear Creek makes some of the best. Here are a few photos of the distillery:
